A Storage Measurement System for Fuze Batteries Based on Microcontroller

In view of the problems such as big volume, low sampling frequency, complicated calibration and poor anti-impact capability of radio telemetry and non-contact measurement systems for fuze batteries,a new microsystem of projectile-borne storage measurement based on a low power microcontroller is presented, which realizes system miniaturization with multiple resources on chip and low power consumption by smart power management. The system reliability is verified in simulated high-impact environment. The given battery measurement system are tested with various environmental tests and live-firing test in projectile-borne state, and the live-firing parameters of small-caliber projectiles are determined successfully.Compared to other battery testing methods, the given method features higher reliability and higher signal-to-noise ratio.
