Synthesis and Antibacterial Activities of Novel Biphenyltetrazole Derivatives Bearing 1,3,4-Oxadiazole

Several new 5-[4'-(5-phenyl-l,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylsulfanylmethyl)-biphenyl-2-yl]-tetrazoles derivatives have been synthesized. The structures of these new compounds were confirmed by elementary analyses and spectral data. The antibacterial activities of the compounds were also evaluated.
