전자계-구조 연계해석에 의한 폐쇄배전반의 구조안전성 평가

An electric switchboard is a component of electricity supply system which divides the main current into smaller currents for distribution. Protective circuit breaker for abnormally excessive current is also an important role of switchboard. Metal clad switchgear is one kind of switchboard which is safe, ecofriendly and easy to achieve high voltage application. When the excessive electric current flows in conducting parts of the metal clad switchgear, large electromagnetic force would be generated and structural damage can occur to the main components. In this study, design safety of HHI metal clad switchgear is confirmed by numerical analysis method. By electromagnetic-structure coupled analysis, electromagnetic force generated in the metal components and mechanical stress due to the force are calculated consecutively. For the structural integrity evaluation, dynamic effect of the electromagnetic force is considered by applying modal analysis. From the analyses results, structural integrity of HHI metal clad switchgear is confirmed.
