Stokes-correlometry of polycrystalline films of biological fluids in the early diagnostics of system pathologies

The materials of experimental studies of the coordinate and statistical structure of the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of coprofiltrate layers taken from patients of group 1 and group 2 are presented. The interrelations between the values of the statistical moments characterizing the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of coprofiltrate layers and the physiological state of the patients within group 1 and group 2 are established. An analysis of the operational characteristics of the power of mapping the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of coprofiltrate layers taken from patients of group 1 and group 2 based on the determination of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, predictability of positive and predictability of a negative result is carried out from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine.
