Study on the Competence Evolvement Mechanism of the Civil Aviation Transport Industry Based on the System Cooperation Theory

The competition in the international civil aviation transport market is becoming more and more drastic. Chinese civil aviation transport industry must strengthen its competence in order to survive and develop in the international competition and to accelerate Chinese economy development and society advancement. This paper has firstly defined the competence of civil aviation transport industry clearly and analyzed the industry system. Then, the evolvement mechanism of t he civil aviation transport industry competence was analyzed deeply from both inner and outer angles. Based it, the evolvement mechanism was studied from three aspects: Environment Effect, Dimension Effect and Structure Effect. Then the cooperation relationship was studied especially as the main representation of Structure Effect. Finally, the cooperation degree analysis model of civil aviation transport industry competence was put forward.
