An enhancement of grid connected PV system performance based on ANFIS MPPT control and dual axis solar tracking

in this paper both dual-axis solar tracking and ANFIS MPPT to enhance the performance of grid-connected PV power plant. The two-axis solar tracking approach is used to track the sun and allow the solar panel to be placed perpendicular to the solar irradiation. The ANFIS MPPT approach is employed to keep the PV array operating at the maximum power point, an ANFIS MPPT algorithm has been proposed in this paper to find the requirements of response speed and dynamic stability. Simulations have been made through Matlab/Simulink. The results show that both the ANFIS MPPT algorithms and dual solar tracking and could enhance the efficiency and PV array output power.
