The invention discloses a feeder automation operational power supply which comprises a wind turbine system and a solar power system. The wind turbine system and the solar power system are connected with a wind and sunshine complementary controller which is connected with an electric power storage system. According to the feeder automation operational power supply, the wind energy and the sunshine energy are converted into direct current energy which is used for supplying electricity to a storage battery and a super-capacitor, the electric energy stored by the storage battery and the super-capacitor provides reliable working voltage for a breaker and supports an optical fiber communication module and other devices, and therefore the accurate implementation of the automation function is guaranteed, the energy is saved, the economic benefits are increased, and the city environment is protected and beautified.
