A Low Cost and Efficient Prototype of a Motorized Microscope

The main goal of this work is to reach a functional automatization of the capturing processes of a conventional optic microscope. The approach presented is low cost and uses a mechanical platform, adaptable to any type of microscope. The developed prototype is modular, easy to transport and suitable for any type of microscope. The reached precision of 1 mum can be considered as acceptable for main optical microscopy applications
