Model and Parameter Correction for Power System Digital Simulation Based on Psat

In this paper a measured data based model and parameter correction method of power system is used.A model and parameter correction software based on PSAT is developed.The main functions of the software include the simulation decoupling based on measured trajectories,and parameter listing based on trajectory sensitivity,and model and parameter correction based on nonlinear least square method.By the testing on the Single Machine and Infinite Bus(SMIB)system in dynamic simulating laboratory and New England 10 generator and 39 bus system,the result indicate that the proposed software can find the error source effectively,and correct the parameter automatically.The proposed software is an effective tool for model and parameter correction of bulk power system,and may be used to real power system analysis.
