The research on control strategy of ships micro-grid inverter based on voltage compensation

Unbalanced grid voltage will influence output power and lead to output current deterioration in grid-connected operation of ships micro-grid. This paper introduces a new phase-locked loop and put forward an improved PQ control strategy. The phase-locked loop can detect grid voltage amplitude, phase compensation controller added to PQ control strategy in order to make sure voltage stability. Finally, this paper builds a grid-connected inverter model of ships microgrid in Matlab/simulink. The simulation results show that proposed method can suppress output power fluctuations and guarantee stable operation of sensitive load under unbalanced grid voltage.
