Systematic Investigation on Interactions for HIV Drug Resistance and Cross-Resistance among Protease Inhibitors

Abstract We systematically investigate the interactions for HIV drug resistance and cross-resistance of three protease inhibitors. Using Bayesian probabilistic models, we first detect mutation combinations related to drug resistance in
