Vibration Isolation Analysis for Conveying Vessel System of Nuclear Fuel Assemblies

The test for the rubber spring characteristics of the conveying vessel system of nuclear fuel assemblies is carried out. The static and dynamic tensive, compressive and shear stiffness of the rubber spring are measured. The rubber spring damping coefficients are also measured by using the method of free vibration. The mathematical model for the conveying vessel vibration isolation system is established. The amplitude-frequency behavior r and transmissibility of the vibration isolation system are analyzed and the resonance frequencies are determined. The impact isolation behavior of the conveying vessel system due to the longitudinal impact of railway or road vehicles is studied. The analytic expression of the allowable impact acceleration of the vehicle is derived and numerical results are calculated and analyzed.
