The algebraic approximation of attractors: the finite dimensional case

Abstract In this article we present a constructive method for approximating attractors. The approximate sets are parts of algebraic sets (i.e. the zeros of high degree polynomial functions) and they can approximate the attractor at an arbitrary high level of accuracy.
