Cervical pneumatocyst Case report

332 J Neurosurg: Spine / Volume 15 / September 2011 Intravertebral pneumatocysts are usually discovered incidentally during imaging workup for chronic neck pain. Their origin is uncertain. They are rare lesions. Only 14 intravertebral pneumatocysts have been reported. They are most common in the subaxial cervical region. We present a case report of cervical pneumatocyst and review the current literature.
