Reliability Analysis on Collaborative Manufacturing System

Collaborative manufacturing,as an advanced manufacturing mode,is becoming popular researching point.However,system reliability is still one of the key factors for a successful collaborative manufacturing system.Starting from the characteristics of the collaborative manufacturing system,this paper illustrates the necessity and urgency to conduct reliability research into collaborative manufacturing system and proposes the structural model of the system reliability.The believes that the collaborative manufacturing system reliability research involves the reliability of human,workflow and hardware devices.Meanwhile,the reliability research of different parts is summarized.
