Wind load analysis of oven pipe connection based on ANSYS

Oven Pipe connection is a capacitance ageing equipment,as an important part of capacitance aging provides the necessary temperature field,the stress which under high temper and strain parameters directly affects capacitance effects of aging.The wind load under this structure and the strain results under action of gravity can be obtained by using ANSYS software to carry on three-dimensional modeling and static analysis for oven pipe connection..The effect made by the wind load and the stress and strain of this oven pipe connection under action of gravity has been analyzed,The result showed that the maximum stress position and Maximum deformation position appears in the oven pipe joints.Therefore,we need to modify the oven pipe joint structure to reduce the stress and strain,in order to improve the performance of the structure.
