Multi-objective Tradeoff Optimization with Risk Consideration in Large-scale Engineering Projects

The problem of large-scale project scheduling with risk consideration is studied.Rule of risk is proposed and a measurement method is considered in the plan-making.This paper establishes a time-cost-quality-risk integrated optimization model.A local optimization algorithm is proposed based on critical path method and slack time,which is used to improve the Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithm based on Decomposition(MOEA/D).Case study result shows that the model and the algorithm are suited to solve engineering optimization problem.
