Hybrid modeling technique of ideal model and empirical model is developed to predict efficiency and power consumption of compression system. Ideal thermodynamic model is modified to meet the variable sensing conditions in real industries. Artificial Neural Network is used as nonlinear empirical modeling technique. The developed modeling method is applied to compression system in Compressed Dry Air system in Liquid Crystal Display production industry.
