As a high-power supply apparatus, common conduction of the after-stage driver circuit of inverter power always makes MOS tubes of the H Bridge fever and even burn out, seriously affecting the performance of the inverter system. By analyzing the reason for common conduction of H Bridge of the after stage driver circuit of the ir2110 and making use of the snubber circuit and negative voltage shutdown circuit, optimized design of the power inverter driver circuit was given, and simulation and verification was conducted by software Saber. Finally, a better driver circuit of H Bridge was designed for preventing common conduction.
