Method for recycling waste residues generated in papermaking and object obtained with the method

A method for manufacturing pallet by using waste residues generated in papermaking comprises the steps as follows: providing light-weight coal ash; providing waste residues generated in papermaking and performing drying and crushing treatment on the waste residues, wherein the waste residues comprise sludge settled in papermaking waste water, coating waste and black and white pulp residue of chemimechanical pulp; uniformly mixing the dried and crushed waste residues in papermaking, the light-weight coal ash with adhesive to form an initial raw material, wherein the mass ratio of the sludge to the coating waste to the black and white pulp residue of chemimechanical pulp to the light-weight coal ash to the adhesive in the initial raw material is (6-10) :(1-2) : (5-7) : (4-6): (1-2); and performing molding on the initial raw material to obtain a pallet foot pier and a pallet board to assemble and form a pallet. The invention further provides the pallet obtained through applying the method. According to the method for recycling the waste residues generated in papermaking, pollution to the environment, which is caused by traditional landfilling of the waste residues generated in papermaking is avoided, and the waste harmful to the environment is changed into treasure through processing, and is processed into high-value-added products meeting different needs.
