Simulation Study of Time-domain Road Roughness Modeling Based on Simulink

The road roughness model is crucial to wheelchair vibration analysis.For the expression of the road power spectrum and classification proposed in GB/T 7031-2005,the road roughness was simulated through Partial Wave Adding Model and Linear Filtering Method,the simulation results were verified by the periodogram model of the modern spectrum estimation.The result showed that either mothed of linear filtering or partial wave adding model could generate the time-domain road roughness in terms of different road conditions and vehicle speeds.The experimental results reveal that the research could provide date support to the person and wheelchair systems analysis studies.
