Identification management method of TD-LTE public trunked communication system

The invention relates to an identification management method of a TD-LTE public trunked communication system. Public network ordinary users and cluster users are separated by a temporary cell network identification TC-RNTI and a network identification C-RNTI in the RRC state in a random access process, and when users carry out random access in a non-RRC connecting situation, ordinary user identification and cluster user identification are distributed according to differences of resources used by users in the network to initiate access. When the users accomplish RRC connection or switching successfully, the users apply for cluster service or unicast transmission is conducted, a base station achieves unicast communication or distinguishes user types effectively according to cell identification numbers of online cluster users in the network, and therefore the cluster service requirements initiated by the cluster users are accomplished successfully and accurately, the cluster service applications of non-cluster users are declined, and safety and reliability of cluster communication are guaranteed. The identification management method of the TD-LTE public trunked communication system can be applied to the technical field of cluster of TD-LTE based on a public communication network.
