Event Synchronous Adaptive Noise Canceller를 이용한 심방 활동 추정 (Preliminary Study)

In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm for atrial activity estimation using event synchronous adaptive noise canceller based on single channel electrocardiogram. To evaluated the proposed method, the Ann Arbor Electrogram Libraries Database (AAEL) are used and compared with intracardiac electrogram (EGM) from atrium. The estimated atrial activity using proposed algorithm shows good correlation with EGM from atrium. And it will be used to detect for atrial fibrillation as well as another arrhythmia.
