Understanding Restorative Justice Through the Lens of Critical Criminology

La relazione fra criminologia critica e giustizia riparativa e una relazione piuttosto scomoda. Of particular focus is the paradoxical nature of restorative justice, where on the one hand restorative justice is a story of optimism, reform and social change, yet its operationalization within traditional systems of criminal justice makes it inseparable from the processes of exclusion and criminalization.
