The system comprises a high-voltage frequency converter, a motor, a shaft coupling, a simulated load and a PC machine. The motor is connected with the simulated load via the shaft coupling. The high-voltage frequency converter is composed of a power converter unit and a DSP controller. The power converter unit is connected with the motor, and the DSP controller is connected with the PC machine and is provided with control signal parameters by the PC machine. The simulated load is composed of a load motor and a controller of the load motor. The controller of the load motor is connected with the PC machine. The invention also provides the establishment method of the intelligent integrated development and test system for a high-voltage frequency converter. The system can not only greatly decrease the development cycle of the product, but also can be used as an auxiliary platform for product fault diagnosis, and improve the reliability of developed products.
