A Status Overview of Earth Observation Calibration/Validation for Terrestrial Applications

RESUMELa synthese de certains des principaux sujets d'interet dans le domaine de l'etalonnage/validation (etal/val) permet d'identifier des secteurs ou des ameliorations devront etre apportees a la procedure cal/val pour atteindre un niveau operationnel du point de vue de l'utilisateur. Des axes specifiques de recherche et de developpement sont discutes dans le domaine optique notamment en ce qui concerne l'etalonnage radiometrique des capteurs, la correction atmospherique, la caracterisation spectrale et l'influence des effets geometriques sur la radiometrie de l'image.
