Study on 5.8 GHz band rectenna rectifying circuit for internal wireless system of satellite

For reducing the development period of satellite, we propose an internal wireless system of satellite. In this paper, we designed a highly efficient 5.8 GHz rectifier based charge pump circuit, and introduced a class-F load that can make it on a process the third harmonic wave. For adjusting the most suitable applied voltage of diodes, we designed a new filter. Owing to inserting the class-F load and the new filter into charge pump circuit, the conversion efficiency increase to 82% at 30 mW in circuit simulations. In addition, the output voltage is higher than 5 V at 1700 Ω.
