Dichtesortierung von primären Golderzen zur Reduzierung des Einsatzes von Cyanid

In recent years, there has been a spate of environlentally damaging incidents - such as that in Baja Mare, Rumania, in January 2000 - related to the use of cyanide in the leaching of gold ores. Public opposition to this method of ore treatment has prevented the realization of a number of interesting projects, for example in the Czech Republic and Turkey. Tests performed in the meantime, how-ever, have shown that modern gravity concentration processes can be applied to minimize the use of cyanide or other leaching reagents in gold processing.
