Multimode-fingerprint matching based indoor positioning system design and implementation

By analyzing the indoor positioning technology research result which is based on WiFi signal strength detection,proposes a indoor positioning system by match with the signal strength of WiFi and mobile phone(GSM,CDMA2000 and WCDMA).The system acquires WiFi and mobile phone RSSI,after normalization,smoothing filter to generate a multi-mode fingerprint database matched with indoor positioning.Finally,by match with the multimode fingerprint signal obtained by the mobile in real time and multimode fingerprint database to achieve accurate indoor positioning.The experiment proved that the system can achieve indoor precise positioning,also is with strong adaptability to the change of the WiFi signal.
