Thread feeding apparatus for an embroidering machine

An upper thread feeding apparatus for an embroidering machine is provided to supply smoothly the upper thread, thereby preventing the badness of an embroidering work from generating. A pair of guides(21) have a thread guide member(23). The thread guide member includes a thread movement path for guiding each upper thread transferred from plural thread bobbins to a needle working portion. The guides are continuously installed along the thread movement path of the thread guide member with a separation portion. A thread separating member(31) separates the plural upper threads from the thread movement path so that the plural upper threads are waited in order to be supplied to the needle working portion. An upper thread resistant member is equipped to the thread guide member and offers the movement resistant to the upper thread separated from the thread movement path in order to maintain the wait state of the upper thread.
