Positioning system for micro-cracks on concrete surfaces

The invention discloses a positioning system for micro-cracks on concrete surfaces, which comprises an image acquisition device, a computer DSP (digital signal processor) system and a display. The image acquisition device is used for acquiring real-time strain images of surfaces of concrete samples and then outputting digital image signals generated before strain and after strain into the computer DSP system. The computer DSP system is used for correlation analysis of the received digital image signals generated before strain and after strain and computing displacement of each pixel of images after strain relative to images before strain so as to obtain digital image signals for positioning micro-cracks. The display comprises a digital-to-analog converter which is used for converting the digital image signals for positioning micro-cracks into analog image signals and displaying accurate positions of cracks in real time. The positioning system is capable of recognizing micro-cracks on concrete surfaces and free of contacting with samples so as to avoid damages of samples, and has the advantages of high precision, simplicity in operation, high efficiency and the like.
