To strengthen Arts Education in Science and Engineering University

In University of Science and Engineering, there constantly arouse calls for equal attention paid to arts and science because of the fact that science is more valued than arts for tens of years.It has been proved in practiced that it is no good valuing science education but neglecting arts.The author thinks that in these kinds of university art education is an important part of mordent education system, an element for abilities for social development and important means to faster the youth healthily.Therefore to enhance the arts education, it is necessary to construct its complete evaluating system, enrich its contents and better its enviroment.
