Natural language and message sequence chart representation of use cases

Abstract We study the relationship between natural language use cases and message sequence charts. The use cases are studied in the context of object-oriented methods. Natural language sentences and Message Sequence Charts (MSCs) are used for the representation of use cases. In this paper we establish a correspondence between three restricted classes of natural language sentences and MSC fragments.
