The following items were included under the heading of New Business. 1. That a Publications Committee be appointed, not necessarily to include those who are already the editors of the various publications. 2. That a committee be appointed to review the bylaws. 3. Mr. Phelps made a motion providing for two additional Trustees and increasing the number of Associate Trustees to twelve. [The Trustees voted favorably on this motion.]
