TELECOMMUTING: AN ALTERNATE ROUTE TO WORK. VOLUME 2: TRAINING GUIDE

This publication is intended as a guidebook for justifying, developing, and maintaining a telecommuting program. This volume, Volume 2, provides instructions and materials for conducting in-house training sessions for new telecommuters and their supervisors. The materials are presented in three parts: Part 1, Telecommuter Session; Part 2, Supervisor Session; and Part 3, Joint Session. The first section of each part is a step-by-step trainer's guide for conducting the session. It consists of an agenda to follow for the session, instructions, and sample narratives that can be adapted for presentation.
