Research on Mechanical Model of Soles by using Fuzzy Cluster Algorithm

The paper defined some indices from 3D foot data-set which was acquired from 100 testees to establish the foot mechanical model based on the soles structure by using fuzzy cluster algorithm (FCA). Mechanical model in wearing high-heels and flatties were analyzed as well as the forward movement of heel-center position. The results indicate that forefoot takes pressure share 30% and heel of foot takes 70% in flatties while forefoot takes 55% and heel of foot takes 45% in high-heels. In the same time, there is a 20.05mm forward displacement in high-heels.
