Design of Automatic Temperature Control System based on Synthesized Control Strategy for Reheated Furnace

Industrial reheated furnace is a nonlinear system which has such characters as large inertness, pure delay, distributed parameter and uncertain mathematical model etc., ordinary classical method of control can't obtain satisfied results . Based upon the stable adaptive fuzzy controller , a design of automatic temperature control system which has inner link and outside link according to synthesized control strategy is given in this paper, which has characters as distributed process and stability. Simulation results by computer show the effectiveness and the adopting value of the method.
