스테인레스강(STS304) 일면전단 볼트접합부의 최대내력에 관한 해석적 연구

Recently, the usage of stainless steel in structural members of buildings has been increased. The experimental research for single shear bolted connection of austenitic stainless steel fabricated with two types of arrangements(1×1 single bolt, 2×1 two bolts) has been performed by T.S. Kim etc. In this study, based on the previous test results, finite element analysis(FEA) has been performed. The study proposed the finite element analysis model for predicting the structural behaviors of bolted connections. Results such as fracture mode and ultimate strength obtained from finite element analysis were compared with those of the test results and the validity of numerical modeling was verified. Out of plane deformation; curling was observed in test and analysis results and the curling caused the ultimate strength drop of connections. Moreover, The influence of washer size on curling behavior was investigated through parametric study.
