SOA-based platform for Water Resource Information exchanging

The river management is a complicated work involving in many different units. Though having the abundant rivers basic document and the examination achievement on each unit, the information-technology exchanging infrastructure is not certainly unobstructed. Water Resources Agency (WRA) has set up Water Resources Information Services Platform (WRISP) to be a kernel and hub for information exchange between different agencies. Thus solving the problems of integrated information from different departments and agencies, lowering the limits built for connecting WRISP with eGSP (eGovernment Service Platform), WRISP can provide friendlier user information and execute more modern and safer information goals as well.
