An Intelligent Position and Quality Detection System in IC Production

Abstract An intelligent quality detection and position control system in IC production is developed in this paper. The vision based fast pattern recognition and fuzzy logic techniques are well applied to satisfy the requirements of real-time industrial production. The chips' position can be detected accurately through the base-image-processing technology, which is collected by the vision sensor CCD. Implementation shows the efficiency of the system in real-time production.
