Discussion on Reservoir Regulation Benefits and Compensations of Baozhusi Hydropower Station to Downstream Hydropower Stations

Principles , compensation period , a variety of compensation computation methods and formulas for reservoir regulation benefits and compensations among cascade hydropower stations are studied here . A set of visual , simple , practical and easy computation formulas for regulation benefits ,which are accepted by all stations ,are prepared . According to actual power supply and demand in Sichuan power market , specified methods are provided for present basin regulation benefits and compensations , which are successfully applied in Baozhusi hydropower station and Dongxiguan hydropower station .
