Radioimmunoassay of the phagocytosis‐stimulating peptide tuftsin in normal and splenectomized subjects

A radioimmunoassay was developed for the phagocytosis‐stimulating peptide tuftsin, H‐Thr‐Lys‐Pro‐Arg‐OH, and preliminary results of its use in evaluating tuftsin levels in human blood are presented.
