설계단계 협력 의사결정 현황 분석을 통한 개선방향에 관한 연구

According to "The Design Management Work Manual(2004)", the design error have reached 41% in fraudulent causes of facility construction and it is major cause for fraudulent work. This is caused by various factors from the design error, omission and disagreement in brief and design phase. As a result, the design change and low quality could be generated. Also, it is generated that a loss of cost and schedule because of duplicated work and inefficiency of work flow between participants. The responsibility and authority of participants and their scope of decision making are not clear because multi-disciplinary experts participate in construction project. And the design team has been having difficulty with communication while working on architectural projects. This paper grasps the present state and problem of the decision making in the design phase and presents the improvement.
