The 3-dimensional model of the fifth blade-disc of a certain turbine has been created and the transient thermo-elastic-plastic analysis during the imperative starting of the turbine is carried out,and the non-linear behavior of the contact problem and complicated multi-loads have been taken into account.The T-t and S-t curve of the dangerous parts of turbine disc-blade during the startup have been obtained.The special features of the temperature and the stress fields have been analyzed,accompanied by recommendations for design improvement and for the running and managing process.The results may serve as a reference for fatigue life predictions of turbines.
