Index system and methods for evaluation of harmonious society

Intension and requirements of harmonious society are expounded.Accordingly the index system with hierarchical structure for comprehensive evaluation of harmonious society is established.The index weights are confirmed with hierarchical analysis.Based on longitudinal and horizontal comparison,the methods for single index evaluation,subgoal comprehensive evaluation and overall comprehensive evaluation are proposed.
