Rookwood Bead Seat

Therapists have been involved for many years in the assessment and provision of specialized seating for the physically handicapped child. This article describes a new system now available. With training, a therapist can assess and fit the Rookwood Bead Seat within a very short period of time. The system was developed at the Rehabilitation Engineering Department, Rookwood Hospital, Llandaff, Cardiff.
