The embodiment of the invention provides a method, device and system for processing data, and relates to the field of communication. The universality of the concurrent function of a network on an intelligent terminal can be improved. The method for processing the data includes the steps of having access to a wireless local area network, building a first APN which is different from an APN defaulted by the intelligent terminal and is used for enabling a data service to have access to a cellular network when having access to the wireless local area network, having access to the cellular network through the first APN, and transmitting the data service of the intelligent terminal in the wireless local area network and the cellular network where the first APN has access. The method, device and system are used for processing the data.
