The Design of New Radiator in Electronic Device

It is well known that high degree of electronics integration; high frequency and compactness generate high heat dissipation in electronic components. However, the high operating temperature of electronic devices induced by high heat dissipation results in failure. Thus, the thermal management becomes especially vital for electronic devices. In this paper, a novel and high efficient radiator incorporated with phase changing heat transfer technology was proposed for solving this problem. The thermal and mechanical design methods for the new radiator were presented.
