The invention relates to a tandem type hybrid power driving system and a tractor with the tandem type hybrid power driving system. The tandem type hybrid power driving system comprises an engine, an electric generator, a galvanic coupling device and an electromotor and further comprises a first transfer case and a second transfer case, wherein the first transfer case is provided with a main input shaft, a first output shaft and a second output shaft and used for selectively transmitting the torque of the main input shaft to the first output shaft or the second output shaft, the second transfer case is provided with a first input shaft, a second input shaft and a main output shaft and used for selectively transmitting the torque of the first input shaft or the torque of the second input shaft to the main output shaft, the main input shaft is in drive connection with an output shaft of the engine, the first output shaft is in drive connection with an input shaft of the electric generator, the second output shaft is in drive connection with the second input shaft of the second transfer case, and the first input shaft of the second transfer case is in drive connection with an output shaft of the electromotor. The tandem type hybrid power driving system has two independent transmission routes, and the two transmission routes can be freely switched.
