Discussion of "Field experiences on the measurement of partial discharges on rotating equipment"

For original paper see ibid., vol. 14, no. 4, p. 930-8 (1999). The authors discuss the original paper by I. Blokhintsev et al., "Field Experiences on the Measurement of Partial Discharges on Rotating Equipment". They welcome the opportunity to discuss the paper, since the original authors have spent considerable time and effort to compare their results with the results of a partial discharge (PD) measuring system the discussers helped to develop.
